We’ve been in business for almost 20 years. Having grown from a small company with a handful of staff to now employing over 70 people, we know that our biggest asset is the team that we have built. It is very gratifying to be in a position to create employment. We couldn’t do it without the hardworking and dedicated people who liaise with our corporate and domestic clients on a daily bases.

All of our cleaners are professionally and specially trained. When you join our team you will receive training to the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standards. Each team member holds a certificate in cleaning from the Institute and we are the only cleaning company in the South East that is qualified to train people to this standard. This is a professional organisation and your skills are valued as are you as a professional operative. All staff members will also be given the opportunity, if they wish, to upskill and train for different departments within the company.
We celebrate all types of diversity in our team. We are particularly proud to say that The Cleaning Concierge and McCreery Contract Cleaning have over 12 different nationalities among our staff including Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Brazilian, Irish and British. This brings such rich and varied cultural influences into the workplace and in turn makes it a really inclusive environment to work in. Our GoGreen policy:
We use only all-natural products to clean homes and we don’t introduce any unnecessary chemicals. This protects your health while you work. We were shocked by recent reports in the news on the damage caused by harsh chemicals, which could be the equivalent of smoking 20 cigarettes a day. Thankfully we have held our ‘GoGreen’ policy for many years so not only are our cleaning products tough on dirt but kind to staff and customers alike.
We listen to our team members and work with them to ensure that our professional relationship works for both of us. Yes, this is a place of work and we do expect very high standards for our clients. Having said that, we know that family, friends and enjoying life is what’s important in life. The work/life balance is important for our clients and likewise for our team. Recently Ireland experienced an unprecedented ‘heat-wave’ and in response to staff requests we switched from regular hours to ‘heat-wave hours’ – allowing team member to work from 6am to 3pm, giving them time to also enjoy the sunshine with their families. This works well for many of our corporate clients too.
